1. Full name and NRIC/passport number are required for purposes of verification and issuance of webcast login credential to you.
2. By completing and submitting this registration, you as a subsidiary proprietor of The Santorini (the "Residence"), consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the member's personal data by the Residence (or its agents or service providers) for the purpose of processing, administration, analysis and facilitation by the Company (or its agents or service providers) of the member's registration and participation at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") (including any adjournment thereof) and the preparation and compilation of the attendance list, minutes (including questions and answers) and other documents relating to the AGM (including any adjournment thereof) and in order for the Residence (or its agents or service providers) to comply with any applicable laws, listing rules, take-over rules, regulations and/or guidelines.
